Regulatory compliance
All drone operations are conducted in accordance with regulations set by the civil aviation authority

Insurance
The company maintains valid public liability insurance covering aerial operations

Weather clause
Drone operations are weather-dependent. If unsafe conditions arise, the session will be rescheduled at no additional charge

Buyer disclaimer
For buyer inspection services:

This service provides visual photographic evidence only and does not constitute a structural survey, building inspection, or professional roofing assessment. Clients must obtain independent certified surveys before purchase.

Image usage rights
Seller clients may use images for marketing the property for sale. Images may not be resold or transferred without written consent

Payment terms
Private clients must supply a 50% deposit required at booking. This is a mandatory charge to reserve a time slot
Estate agents may pay on 14-day invoice terms

Operations are conducted respectfully and avoid unnecessary capture of neighbouring properties; privacy is always a concern and consideration in all our air activities.
