This package includes 10-15 edited images with a top-down photo that will show the boundaries and additional views.
Elite - £279
This is our most comprehensive package, covering everything in standard and premium, and additionally providing a short video of the property
Buyers
Roof overview - £179
This includes high-resolution roof and chimney angles, including an overview of the property's roof and chimney, including guttering and surrounding context
Detailed inspection imaging - £229 (most popular)
This will show you multiple different angles of the roof and show the boundary of the property and any neighbouring context we can provide for you, and we will also provide close-up imagery where possible
Inspection and photography - £359
This will provide you with all the information you may need to feel confident in buying your house; however, we will also provide you with cinematic photographs to display your new property in the best light. These separate photos will be taken with the view of making the house look nice rather than showing you the angles of the property that may be of concern. With this package, you will receive everything listed in the above section and also edited high-quality presentation-grade photos.
Add ons
We do offer some add ons to our original pricing which lay out some of the normal things that we would offer to do in addition to your original option, if at any time you wish to add on something not listed below please add it into your enquiry and we would be more than happy to be of assistance.
Express 24 hour turn around service - £40
This is an optional add-on to ensure that we can get your photos back to you within 24 hours of photography. We aim to get work done as quickly as possible, but this extra charge will ensure that your photos are processed at the top of our list, and we guarantee your photography will be returned within 24 hours.
Extended land overview service - £60
Our extended land overview service lets buyers or sellers see what surrounds the property. Some people are very specific that they don't want to live near a playground, or want to live near a park or even want to know where the nearest shop is. Our extended land overview gives you peace of mind by allowing us to show you what you can find near your house
We would also be more than happy to take on any development, commercial, or larger estates however due to the time taken to shoot properties like this pricing would be done on a quote by quote basis and as such we cannot advertise prices for this however we welcome you to perform an enquiry and we would be more than happy to help.
